What happens if my bike breaks during a shift?
Call the breakdown hotline. In the Pro plan, a replacement bike is with you within 3 hours; Standard within 12 hours; Flex within 24 hours.
What does a scratch or fall cost?
Normal wear and tear is included. Larger damages are assessed — you receive an estimate before repair.
How does battery swap work?
Standard includes one free battery swap per month, Pro is unlimited. Battery swap at our service hubs in under 10 minutes.

What happens if the bike is stolen?
Pro and Standard include full theft protection without deductible. Flex carries a 250 € deductible. Police report must be filed within 24 h.

How long is the minimum term?
Flex: 4 weeks. Standard: 12 weeks. Pro: 24 weeks. After that, 14-day notice in each case.
How do I cancel?
Cancel by email to support@rocketbike.com with 14 days notice. We confirm in writing and arrange the bike return.

Can I also buy a rocketbike?
Yes. Pick a purchase model under /kaufen or use Ride-to-Own in the Pro plan: after 24 months the bike is yours.
